Welcome to A Sample of My Work
Because most of my client projects are protected under NDA, I’ve recreated a few of them here as simulated case studies, each one illustrating how I bring strategy, science, and storytelling together to transform learning.
Each case reflects my real-world process:
Identifying performance gaps through data and dialogue
Designing with neuroscience in mind to optimize focus, memory, and motivation
Developing interactive eLearning experiences (using tools like Storyline) that connect emotionally and drive measurable results
These are short course samples, not full trainings, designed to highlight what I call my value wedge: the unique blend of neuroscience-aligned design, instructional strategy, and human-centered innovation that drives measurable results.
You’ll also find infographics I’ve created for my blog, where I share full articles that expand on the neuroscience behind learning and performance.

Construction Safety Training
What I Created:
A neuroscience-aligned eLearning course built in Articulate Storyline to help construction crews recognize hazards, use PPE correctly, and apply safe work practices.
Challenge:
Annual safety briefings weren’t changing behavior, leading to PPE lapses and preventable injuries.
Solution:
Designed interactive, scenario-based training with quick decisions, reflection prompts, and mobile access. Applied neuroscience to boost focus, memory, and confidence.
Outcome:
• Hundreds trained before site reopening
• PPE compliance and hazard reporting improved
• Safety incidents dropped next quarter

Hospital Orientation
What I Created:
An Articulate-Storyline-based, interactive onboarding course introducing hospital culture, communication, and safety protocols through realistic scenarios.
Challenge:
Traditional slides overwhelmed new hires and failed to build confidence.
Solution:
Developed a modular course using storytelling, micro-scenarios, and reflection to lower stress and enhance recall.
Outcome:
• Reduction in orientation time
• Higher confidence and accuracy in new hires
• Fewer procedural errors and smoother transitions

Emergency Medical Services Protocol Training
What I Created:
A neuroscience-informed, scenario-based eLearning course in Articulate Rise to help EMTs and Paramedics apply updated protocols with confidence and consistency.
Challenge:
Field audits revealed inconsistent application of procedures and confusion under pressure, affecting patient safety and compliance.
Solution:
Designed immersive, real-world scenarios to strengthen procedural memory, situational awareness, and confidence in high-stress environments.
Outcome:
• Improved accuracy in applying updates EMS protocols
• Increased procedural consistency and confidence across field personnel
• Positive learner feedback on realism, clarity, and relevance

Accreditation-Aligned Evaluation Training
What I Created:
A calibration-focused eLearning module developed for university supervisors to apply the Educator Readiness Rubric consistently.
Challenge:
Supervisors scored inconsistently, producing unreliable evaluation data.
Solution:
Built a neuroscience-informed Storyline course with real scoring examples, bias reflection, and feedback practice.
Outcome:
• Improved inter-rater reliability
• Stronger feedback alignment
• Standardized rubric training across programs
